Do not be afraid to contact us if you have any problems or questions.
Razor also has its own High Sec Logistics Alliance called Edge Alliance.
You can join this with your own Corporation or Character.
If you have any questions, please contact Mondoo2011
To have survived as long as Razor has, we've made a lot of friends and enemies. People may not like us but they should respect us, and the only way to achieve this is through the actions of all of us. Overall, we want our members to project the image of a professional, mature organization.
- Keep real life politics out of the game. If you want to discuss politics, please at least do it on voice to avoid misunderstanding.
- Don't talk in local, preferentially pilots will be encouraged to put "gf' in local after any engagement, if the FC asks for it.
- The Eve Online EULA must be followed at all times, Razor is 100% against illegal activities such as DDoSing, if we find any player to be breaching this rule, they can expect immediate removal from the alliance.
- Call To Arms (CTA) Ops are compulsory, and if you're online you MUST be in the fleet. Other fleets are not compulsory, but every razor member is expected to get an adequate amount of PVP every month
- FC's words are final in fleets. If there is a problem or you think you have been treated unfairly take it up with your corp's chain of command.
- Correct ship fittings must be adhered to at all times in doctrine fleets, failure to comply can be used to justify denial of SRP. Situational exceptions apply.
- Suicide Ganking is: Allowed (not true for all corps)
- Supercap Ratting is: Not Allowed
- Titan Ratting is: Not Allowed
- Scamming is: Not Allowed - Using a Razor character.
- Capitals: DO NOT JUMP TO BEACONS UNSCOUTED and be on Coms when you undock your Capital.
The term “structure” will be used throughout this document and stands for “Citadel, Engineering Complex or Refinery”. It includes any faction variants
- All Structures located in Razor SOV are held and maintained by RHC
- Corporations can not deploy jump bridges, cyno beacons or cyno jammers
- Should a corporation decide to leave RAZOR, any structures that have been handed over to RHC, will be unanchored and returned to the owner (unless the corporation chooses to leave the sneaky way in the middle of the night without telling anybody. In this case, the alliance says thank you)
- Corporations may fit their structures with any module except Standup Supercapital Shipyard and Standup Market Hub.
- Corporations are also not allowed to fit reprocessing modules.
- The default module for a Citadel is a Cloning Bay. If a corp wishes to fit additional modules, they have to cover the fuel cost for those
- The default module for a Engineering Complex is a Factory or a Lab. If a corp wishes to fit additional modules, they have to cover the fuel cost for those
- The default module for a Refinery is a Moon Miner. If a corp wishes to fit additional modules, they have to cover the fuel cost for those
- Corporations can not deploy refineries.
- Refineries are held and managed by RHC
- All Structures in the SOV are Fueled by RHC with the exception off agreed additional service modules
- Taxes for any kind of module must not be set to less than the tax on RHC structures (this includes the tax rates for the own corporation)

- Set docking, cloning and office access to the RZR_Docking ACL
- Set control access to the RZR_Corp_Leaderships ACL
- Don't try to scam our allies!
- Use the same taxes for them as you use for RAZOR!
- Razor SOV space will contain both RZR Skyhooks and RZR Pocos
- All Skyhooks and Pocos need to be held and maintained by RHC
Reinforcement Exit - 19:00 -> 21:00

Alliance = 2.5%
Blue = 3.5%
Neutral / -5 / - 10 = 3.5%
- All Metenox Moon Drills are held on RHC
Contact Troika for more information
- All Mercenary Dens need Trokia approval before being deployed
Ansiblex Jump Gates are exclusively anchored by RHC.
Tenebrex Cyno Jammers will not be anchored
Pharolux Cyno Beacons can be anchored by RHC on a corporation's request if the system will allow for its use. The corporation has to cover all the cost related to the anchoring and operation of the cyno beacon as well as the regent SOV fuel
The corp that requested the cyno beacon is responsible for moving the fuel to the system. Fueling itself can either be done by an RHC member or a corporation member with the necessary roles
The alliance reserves the right to offline a cyno beacon if the number of losses in system rapidly increases due people jumping blind
All tax rates are preliminary and subject to change!
Same goes for the refinery rules.
Unfortunately CCP doesn’t provide any satisfactory solution here.
¶ Ratting (Belts and Anomalies)
- When not in RAZOR SOV space read the Phoenix Coalition's PVE rules and follow them. Phoenix Rules 2023 - Google Docs
- Nobody else is allowed to rat in Razor or Phoenix Coalition space unless they have been invited by the alliance leadership.
- The general rule for both asteroid belts and anomalies is “first come, first served”. Other factors like the corp you’re in or the type of ship you fly, does not change this rule.
- The use of non-official ratting channels to announce the belts/anomalies you’re in is not mandatory, although recommended to avoid disputes.
- Before you start ratting in the asteroid belts of a system, ask in local (if clear; otherwise in alliance) if anyone is already doing so.
- When you warp into an asteroid belt or anomaly, it’s your responsibility to use an overview setting that shows alliance members or guests who already might be in there.
- Do not empty the ESS main banks (Managed by RHC)
- Use common sense! Don't be a smartass! It's against the rules to exploit loopholes in the rules!
- Any RAZOR member has the right to scan for signatures in Phoenix Coalition space (exception: rented systems. An exception to this exception is scanning for wormholes. This is allowed for everybody in any of our systems)
- Any scanned sites (for example data and relic sites) have to be run completely, so they despawn and don't remain there for the next guy with only junk in them. People who get caught cherry-picking repeatedly will be punished!
- The belts and anomalies are big enough, you can share them.
- All rorquals need to have a PANIC module fitted as absolute bare minimum. It's highly recommended to have a force recon ship with a cyno fitted nearby
- We do ask that people do use common sense by not mining asteroids or gas clouds that someone else is already mining
